Latter-day Saints in PH to Watch General Conference Through Nationwide Rebroadcast

      

      

With Church gatherings suspended temporarily due to enhanced community quarantine measures all over the Philippines, members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will watch and hear the sessions of the 190th General Conference through national television and radio.

This is the first time in the history of the Church in the Philippines to make such a historic arrangement, which will allow members to listen to gospel messages from global Church leaders and officers in the comforts of their homes.

Members and friends of the Church will be able to view and listen to the sessions through the following schedules:

  • GMA Channel 7

Thursday, 9 April:

5:00 am to 7:00 am – Saturday Morning Sessions

7:00 am to 8:00 am – Saturday Afternoon Session Part 1

Friday, 10 April:

5:00 am to 6:00 am – Saturday Afternoon Session Part 2

6:00 am to 8:00 am – Sunday Morning Session

Saturday, 11 April:

5:00 am to 6:00 am – Music and the Spoken Word

6:00 am to 8:00 am – Sunday Afternoon Session

  • ABS-CBN DZMM Teleradyo 630 (Simulcast is available on Sky Cable, Destiny Cable, Sky Direct, ABS-CBN TV Plus box and radio, and iWant TV)

Thursday, 9 April

The 190th General Conference is broadcast live on 4 and 5 April 2020 MDT from Salt Lake City, Utah and was made available through digital media.

Unlike any other previous conferences, the 190th April General Conference is unique as 2020 marks the 200th anniversary of the First Vision of Joseph Smith. In this regard, messages will center around the Restoration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the invitation to all people to ‘hear Him.’
