Thousands of Latter-day Saints from around the world are converging on Temple Square in Salt Lake City this weekend for the 189th Annual General Conference of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The First Presidency, members of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, and other General Authorities and General Officers of the Church will deliver messages of inspiration and guidance in five sessions held in the Conference Center on Saturday, April 6, and Sunday, April 7, 2019. Those of other faiths are also welcome to attend general conference.
The Church’s more than 16 million members in more than 30,500 congregations worldwide look forward to the general conference, held twice a year during the first weekend of April and October.
