One thousand people enjoyed paintings, drawings, sketches and poetry depicting the Savior Jesus Christ at the recent Art Show held in the Naga Stake (Diocese) Center of The Church of Jesus Chris of Latter-day Saints.
Visitors from all over Naga City, Canaman, and other neighboring municipalities came to enjoy the art show.
Professional artists were in attendance and painted live artwork while people watched. This was an opportunity for the various artists to share their deepest beliefs through art. Included in the pieces of art that were exhibited in the cultural hall were large murals that various artists painted together.
Visitors enjoyed in awe and wonder the works of art and were uplifted as they viewed the creative depictions of Jesus Christ.
In addition to viewing works of art, visitors were able to visit other parts of the Church building. This included the Worship Hall where Sunday meetings and the administration of the Sacrament are held. They were also shown the rooms where members of different ages meet on Sunday and on weeknights to learn about Jesus Christ, His life and ministry, and the different ways members can apply His teachings in their personal lives.
