As the world continues to fight against the spread of COVID-19 while addressing social concerns, hardships, turmoil, and uncertainty wrought by the global pandemic, the First Presidency, Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, General Authorities, and General Officers of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will focus on Jesus Christ’s message of love, hope, faith, inclusion, understanding, and acceptance this 190th October General Conference.
“We will focus on Him by elevating our use of the name He revealed for His restored Church,” said the First Presidency. “We will recognize major events of the ongoing Restoration to celebrate our history and future. We will become even more “converted unto the Lord” and invite all to come and find enduring joy on His covenant path.”
This General Conference, which takes place every six months every year, will be digital only and will be broadcast live on 3-4 October 2020 (mountain daylight time) to a global audience on several Church channels.
